Tyson Project A+: Support Your School
Barksdale is registered with Tyson’s Project A+™ and can earn CASH for every label we turn in!
It’s easy…just start clipping labels from dozens of particpating products and turn them in to the school. The Barksdale PTA will do the rest, earning a whopping $0.24 per label.
Here is the list of particpating products…you mave have them at home already!

Cambell's Labels for Education
Collect UPCs and beverage caps from particpating Cambell products to earn great stuff for our school! Click here for a full list of particpating products.
Step 1: Clip and/or save the product UPC or cap from a participating product (only the UPC NOT the entire label will be accepted).
Step 2: Send in the UPCs with your child to your child’s teacher or turn them in at school.
Step 3: The Barksdale PTA will redeem them for GREAT STUFF for our school.

Box Tops for Education
Clip Box Tops from your favorite products and earn cash for Barksdale!
Box Tops for Education is now accepting products from Kleenex, Cottonelle, Scott and Viva. Companies and products already participating in this program include General Mills, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Old El Paso, Yoplait, Ziploc, Bugles, Fruit Roll-ups, and Pop Secret & many more. Remember to cut out each box top on the dotted line. This saves time because they all must be cut for redemption. Please send them in to your child’s teacher or place them in the PTA box in the mailroom.
Treasurer's Disbursement Forms and Instructions
These are the forms and procedures for disbursements and tax exemption.
Reimbursement Procedures (MS Word doc) - Instructions on how to fill out a disbursement request.
Disbursement Form (MS Excel doc) - Print and fill in all lines with complete and accurate information. You can fill the form within MS Excel or print it out.
Tax Exemption Certificate (pdf) - Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.
Check Record (MS Excel doc) - Use this form to account for all the checks received.
Petty Cash (MS Excel doc) - Use this form to account for all the petty cash received.
