March Outreach: Sock it to 'em! Part II. In March, we will continue our new sock drive. We are collecting new socks for children for the Collin County Advocacy Center as well as adult-sized socks for Samaritan Inn. Let your child pick out a pair of socks for those who are less fortunate on your next trip to the store. It's an inexpensive way to teach a great lesson on giving and helping others. Questions? No need to go to 5 different stores No sorting through lists of what your child needs No... Webmaster Packet Pick-up Day, you can purchase the supplies from the PTA. We contract for the purchase of all the supplies for the whole school, so we are able to offer the supplies at a very competitive price. The supplies are pre-packaged by grade level, and they are EXACTLY what were requested by the teachers. We will even deliver them to your child's classroom so they will be on their desk the first day of school! Additionally, the PTA has designated Packet Pick-up Day as a TAX-FREE day, so if you purchase the supplies on THAT DAY ONLY you will save the 8.25% state sales tax. This year's pre-packaged school supplies costs are as follows:
